Receptionist and Admin Specialist

Job Overview

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Handling log sheets recording for company cars
  • controlling and distributing purchased materials
  • Communication with vendors and suppliers
  • sending courier packages from TIQ office to various locations
  • receiving then delivering curriers to TIQ employees
  • Follow up on sent courier up to delivery time
  • Service Payment process initiation and follow up
  • Maintaining and renewing courier service contracts
  • Daily required meal planning
  • Supervising daily logs and recordings
  • Menu planning and reviewing
  • Supporting providing on holidays and weekends
  • Survey conducting for Catering service
  • Test and evaluation for new service providers
  • communication with service provider for keeping quality of service maintained
  • Ordering Business Card Printing
  • Ordering Company ID Card Printing
  • Ordering Pocket Card Printing
  • Receiving guests and visitors at TIQ Building.
  • Handling receiving phone calls to company
  • Handling visitor log sheets on daily basis
  • Handling Company Shared Cars log sheets on daily basis
  • Managing coordination between Reception and other offices
  • Admin Specialist is entitled to additional tasks within Admin Section Operational Scope or Task coverage for colleagues within admin occasionally if it was required.

Requirement;

  • Fluent Kurdish, English and Arabic is essential
  • Good communication skills
  • 1 year relevant experience
