  1. Welcoming Guests: Greet visitors warmly and ensure their comfort while waiting.
  2. Answering Calls: Handle incoming calls, directing them to the right sales agents based on location and language.
  3. Customer Assistance: Provide information and assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
  4. Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns with patience and professionalism, aiming for swift resolution.
  5. Administrative Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.


  1. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in Arabic and Kurdish, Turkish will be plus.
  2. Phone Etiquette: Proficient in telephone etiquette and active listening.
  3. Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service preferred.
  4. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenges calmly and effectively.
  5. Positive Attitude: Friendly and proactive approach to customer service.
