Job Description: Receptionist & Call Center Agent
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming Guests: Greet visitors warmly and ensure their comfort while waiting.
- Answering Calls: Handle incoming calls, directing them to the right sales agents based on location and language.
- Customer Assistance: Provide information and assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns with patience and professionalism, aiming for swift resolution.
- Administrative Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in Arabic and Kurdish, Turkish will be plus.
- Phone Etiquette: Proficient in telephone etiquette and active listening.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service preferred.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenges calmly and effectively.
- Positive Attitude: Friendly and proactive approach to customer service.
- Professionalism: Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to upholding company values.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and customer needs.
