Job Overview

Cihan Auto-Trading Company is looking for a bright and aspiring Candidate for the following vacancy:

Position: Receptionist (Sales)
Hours: 8 Working Hours- 6 Days per week (Sat-Thu)
Location: :  Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region

Duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible for attending all Showroom walk-in customers/guests/etc.
All Customers (including customers with complaints) at the Showroom to be greeted, received, and guided as per Toyota standards.
To maintain records of all walk-in customers’ details in the datasheet as per Toyota standards.

• Responsible for showroom upkeep (display vehicles, cleanliness, parking, lights inside & outside showroom, TV, refreshments, etc.)

• Attending calls, screening, and forwarding the calls to the appropriate staff/officials.

• Perform all such duties for the overall back-office / data entry/documentation related to showroom and sales CRM.

• Support showroom for events, marketing campaigns, product launches, etc. by confirmation calls, and by coordinating activities.

• Handling customers with complaints, by directing them to the appropriate department/officials.

• Daily & Monthly – Reports, support the sales coordinator, whenever required.

• Assist the sales team, in all sales-related database maintenance and up-keeping with 100% accuracy and promptness on the Autoline system.

• Involve indirect vehicle sales activities, by explaining vehicle details, customer prospecting, and customer follow-up activities, strictly as per guidelines from Sales Officials.

• Performing all reporting and adherence to the direct supervisors.

• Follow all instructions, messages, and guidelines from the higher authorities, and management.

• Follow all safety regulations, confidentiality guidelines, office timings, procedures, dress-codes.

• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

Education, Job Requirements & Skills:
• Proficiency in Kurdish and English, and Arabic language (Spoken and Written).

• Bachelor’s degree graduation or any related field.

• Related job and internship experience.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• A high level of attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Good organization skills.

• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
