Tasks & Responsibilities:

Recruitment Assistant responsibilities include scheduling calls and interviews, maintaining the candidate database, and handling paperwork.

Help with resume screening and initial phone screens.

Process background checks.

Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g., interview cancellations).

 

Requirements:

  • BSc. in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 1 to 2 years experience in Recruitment.
  • Language skills: (Kurdish. Arabic, & English).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
