Recruitment Assistant – SG Erbil:

The Recruitment Assistant supports the team in the end-to-end recruitment process, from announcement to onboarding. They initiate the process, publish announcements, source, screen, arrange appointments, attend interviews, record and write feedback, select candidates, and manage onboarding. They update recruitment reports and maintain candidate pools for various roles within the Sardar Group Company

Location: Erbil-Mosul Road near 120 m Ring Road Cross-Section


BSc degree in business administration or relevant field. Minimum 2 years of HR/recruitment experience. Proficiency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish languages. Strong reporting and tracking skills. Ability to work under high pressure and adapt to different environments and personalities. Familiarity with recruitment tools and MS Office programs. Iraqis only  can apply.
