Position Summary:The Recruitment Coordinator will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process by providing administrative support and coordination throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This individual will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including sourcing techniques, and job advertising.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to understand talent needs, establish recruitment priorities, and define job requirements.
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, answering inquiries, and delivering a high-touch candidate experience.
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities, such as background checks, reference checks, and employment verification.
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.
  • Promote best practice throughout the recruitment process and actively seek candidate feedback to improve the candidate experience.
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing and selection techniques and provide support during interviewing and selection processes.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions, preparing new hire paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Update existing, and where appropriate, recruitment procedures to ensure the Company is able to attract the very best talent available.
  • Participate in recruitment fairs and career events and other recruitment events as required/necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations, to enhance recruitment capabilities.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives within the HR department as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Perform any other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
