Recruitment Specialist

City: Erbil

Working Schedule: 5 Days/ Week, 9 Hours/Day

 

Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join our HR team and help us identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and onboarding successful candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talents for our company.
  • Source and screen candidates, utilizing various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with the company’s culture.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and requirements.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback to candidates, and facilitating offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for future job openings.
  • Conduct reference and background checks on potential hires.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage relationships with external staffing agencies and job placement services.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter/ HR or in a similar role.
  • Fluency in Kurdish, English and Arabic.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
