The key responsibilities of this position include developing and implementing strategic plans, leading a team of senior managers and technical experts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in refinery operations or management. We are looking for individuals with a proven track record of leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.
