Job Description
Responsibility:
1- Create Reservations for Customers Based on Their Requirements and Budgets.
2-Provides information about travel destinations and accommodations.
3- Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
4-Providing customers with information about additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats and accommodations, when appropriate.
5-Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
6-Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
7-Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
8-Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
Skills & Requirements:
1- Bachelor’s Degree on IT or Related field
2- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
5- Excellent Kurdish, English, and Arabic Languages.
6- Excellent communication skills.
7- Computer and Emailing Skills.
8-Good time-management skills
