STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

Experiences:

• Relevant experience in providing technical/engineering advanced skills of project management in

terms of conducting site surveys/quantity surveying/cost control and design of engineering projects

Particularly construction works in fragile contexts.

• Knowledge of national engineering standards.
• Preparation of work progress reports.
• Proven ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams and liaison with authorities.
• Previous work experience with UN agencies and/or international organizations is considered an

advantage.

• Previous work experience in project management and supervision of activities relating to

Stabilization is an advantage.

• Good computer literacy (experience with computer programs, Excel, Office, AutoCAD, etc.) is

required.

Language: proficiency in Arabic and English
