Retail & KDR Sales Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail & KDR Sales Specialist to join our team in Erbil. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting retail and KDR (Key Distribution Retailers) operations by ensuring smooth daily processes, achieving sales targets, and managing order deliveries. This position requires excellent organizational skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

•Oversee daily retail operations, including task delegation and staff coordination.

•Provide motivation and guidance to team members to meet sales goals.

•Prepare and submit monthly sales reports for retail branches and KDR locations.

•Track and monitor orders to ensure timely delivery to retail branches and Xiaomi booths.

•Support the negotiation of agreements and pricing with vendors and partners.

•Maintain and effectively use ERP management systems to manage operations and reporting.

Requirements:

Languages:

•Proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.

Technical Skills:

•Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

•Strong skills in research and reporting.

•Knowledge of ERP management systems and their usage.

Competencies:

•Strong organizational and time management skills.

•Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
