Summary
Monitor and provide enhancements to all key performance indicators (2G, 3G, & LTE), perform troubleshooting on all variable operating sites, and making required analyses.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily network statistics and promptly address any observed degradation.
- Drive improvements in KPIs, reduce congestion and drops, optimize handover, location update, paging, and CSSR in the designated area, and initiate capacity requests as required.
- Conduct radio performance testing on newly integrated sites.
- Perform drive test analyses and implement necessary actions to enhance area performance.
- Adjust radio parameters to optimize quality and performance.
