Summary
- Design, Dimension and improve Huawei networks.
- Ensure having a stabile network performance and be proactive to avoid network issues.
Key Responsibilities
- End to End, Radio Design for 2G/3G/4G.
- Set RF Division action plans and KPI targets for GSM, 3G, 4G.
- conduct Passive/Active IBS Design on Planning tools.
- Network resource and license dimension planning.
- Determine the coverage, quality and capacity requirements for every region area.
- Set recommendations to resolve problems and Adding/Expanding sites licenses.
- Present workshops regarding LTE Radio Network requirements.
- Perform RF planning (using Atoll), traffic planning, and traffic growth forecasting.
- Interface with vendor support for all related issues of Radio planning.
- Strategic planning for all required equipment from the radio perspective
- Optimize the capacity of the network to meet traffic increase.
- Ensure that design guarantees the capability for the network to provide end-user new services.
- Perform physical and soft parameter planning.
- Identify and anticipate network performance issues. Provide recommendations for improvement.

Competencies
- Competence in KPI counters, root cause analysis, and problem-solving in 3G/4G networks.
- Excellent knowledge of KPIs and counters in 3G/4G networks.
- Good team player with analytical skills.
- Experience in UMTS/LTE networks.
- Good knowledge of RF design methods and procedures.
- Preferably familiar with planning tools such as Atoll and iBwave.
- Excellent knowledge of UMTS/LTE networks, including radio design parameters and features.
- Good understanding of RF design methods and procedures.
- Preferred experience with other vendors such as Nokia and Ericsson.
