Rollout Team Member

Summary

Follow up on new projects, support the project teams in implementation, integration and acceptance of transmission and BTS works and work in field, also to follow up contractor work and any work required for the rollout department.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission all telecom equipment such as antenna, microwave dish, TR equipment etc.
• Use and support telecommunication equipment, and identify, assess and find solutions to various technical problems.
• Install and commission all telecom equipment such as antenna, microwave dish, TR equipment etc.
• Prepare daily work report and any other reports that are required.
• Have good background information in new FTK projects.
• Responsible to follow up all BSS activities for the new sites.
• Coordinate with TRM design and back office regarding sites routing and definition.
• Coordinate with BSS and BSS planning regarding sites definition.
• Control and optimizing services delivery performance (operational KPIs , SLA, time, scope, quality).
• Perform other duties as per the need.

Competencies

• Experience in BSS, TRM, and in power field.
• Background in telecomunication project process.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Analytical skills and target oriented attitude.
• Preferably familiar with Ericsson and Nokia equipment.
