Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SAAS Sales Executive to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to drive sales of our products within the Software as a Service (SAAS) industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SAAS sales strategies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. The SAAS Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new clients, as well as onboarding them onto our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective SAAS sales strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients within the SAAS industry through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media.
  • Client Acquisition: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our SAAS products. Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth. Track sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure deals and achieve sales targets. Close sales opportunities promptly while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Onboarding and Training: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients onto our SAAS platform. Provide training and support to clients to facilitate product adoption and usage.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and retention. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to optimize their use of our products.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  •  Proven track record of success in SAAS sales or sales in general, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SAAS sales or general sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in Sales, Marketing, or related fields, with a focus on lead acquisition and generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Kurdish, with an excellent level of English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
