Job Overview

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Handles correspondence, reviews, and distributes sales-related documents.
  • Prepares and distributes financial and sales reports to advise SAS sales team members.
  • Ensures colleagues in Sales and teams are provided with accurate customer details.
  • Opens and maintains SAS customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Generates weekly/monthly related sales.
  • Keeping records of sales targets and actual figures and compiling them into reports for management.
  • Maintains departmental files; ensures that all records are updated and modified as necessary.
  • Performs Follows-up on payments and credit collection.
  • Assists SAS sales teams with new ideas and suggestions to achieve their targets.
  • Performs any related task as requested by the direct supervisor.


Job Requirements:
  • 1-2 years experience as a Sales Admin.
  • Good communication skills, ability to negotiate with customers.
  • Language skills/ Kurdish, Arabic, English.
  • Computer knowledge/ Microsoft Office, Outlook.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
