Job Overview

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Daily and monthly sales activities report to Management.
  • Handling customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Research and analyzes customer satisfaction and expectations.
  • Maintain updated information to all customers and build customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2-3 years experience in the field of Machinery and Equipment sales.
  • Language skills: Kurdish, Arabic, and English required.
  • Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Outlook.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures relating to equipment and machinery.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
