Job Overview
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries.
- Daily and monthly sales activities report to Management.
- Research and analyzes customer satisfaction and expectations.
- Maintain updated information for all customers and build customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
- 2 years experience in the fields of Admin or sales & automotive sector.
- Language skills: Kurdish, Arabic, English.
- Should have experience in using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), and Outlook.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with results–driven approach.
- Iraqis only can apply.
