Job Overview

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Daily and monthly sales activities report to Management.
  • Research and analyzes customer satisfaction and expectations.
  • Maintain updated information for all customers and build customer relationships.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
  • 2 years experience in the fields of Admin or sales & automotive sector.
  • Language skills: Kurdish, Arabic, English.
  • Should have experience in using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), and Outlook.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with results–driven approach.
  • Iraqis only can apply.
