Main duties & responsibilities:

The sales administrator is responsible for ensuring smooth sales operations by managing order processing, preparing contracts, and maintaining accurate records of invoices, and agreements. They coordinate with logistics and finance teams for timely deliveries and payments, assist with promotional activities, and provide support to customers both in the showroom and on social media during sales team absences

 

Required Qualification:

A BSc. degree in Business Administration or a related field is essential, with proficiency in Kurdish, English, and Arabic language. possess strong computer skills, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. While experience in sales or administrative support is preferred, fresh graduates with the ability to manage tasks under pressure and comply with instructions are also encouraged to apply.
