Job Overview

We are looking for Sales and Account Executives to join our team in Erbil city.

Work Schedule: 5 Days/ Week, 9 Hours/ Day.

No. of Positions: 3

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through research, cold-calling, networking, and other sales tactics.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to potential customers to communicate the value of our products and services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Act as the lead point of contact for all clients account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing issues by improving processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant data using our CRM system. Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Prepare reports on account status.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales or related fields is preferred.
  • Fluent in Kurdish, Excellent level of English and Arabic.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
