Job Title: Automotive Sales Consultant
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for automobiles, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to connect with customers. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best solutions to meet their preferences.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers as they arrive at the dealership, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential buyers.
- Conduct thorough discussions with customers to understand their automotive needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Provide detailed information about various vehicle models, features, specifications, and pricing.
- Perform test drives with customers to showcase the performance and features of vehicles.
- Present and explain financing options, warranties, and additional services available.
- Negotiate pricing and financing terms to close sales deals and achieve set targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitive products.
- Ensure that the showroom and display vehicles are well-maintained and presented attractively.
- Collaborate with the sales team, management, and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Manage customer inquiries, follow-up calls, and maintain a strong follow-through process.
- Participate in sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in automotive sales, customer service, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with diverse customers.
- Knowledge of automotive products, features, and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and sales software.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Fluency in Arabic, Kurdish ,and English.
- Iraqi Nationality.
