Job Overview
Responsibilities:
1- Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car.
2- Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
3- Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
4- Building a relationship with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
5- Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them.
6- Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
7-Maintaining reporting structures and recording sales and inventory on our CRM software.
8-Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.
9- Assisting with the set up of the showroom and promotional displays.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related field.
– A minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in automotive.
– language Arabic and Kurdish are required English is preferable.
