We are looking for a Car Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Car Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and preferences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with clients, and guide them through the car-buying process. You will also be responsible for staying updated on the latest vehicle models, features, and financing options to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

In this role, you will greet customers as they enter the dealership, listen to their requirements, and recommend suitable vehicles based on their preferences and budget. You will conduct test drives, explain vehicle features, and answer any questions customers may have. Additionally, you will negotiate pricing, assist with financing options, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

 

Responsibilities:

  •  Greet customers and assess their vehicle needs and preferences.
  •  Provide detailed information about available vehicles, features, and pricing.
  •  Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance and features.
  •  Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers.
  •  Assist customers with completing necessary paperwork and documentation.
  •  Stay updated on the latest vehicle models, features, and industry trends.
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  •  Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.

 

 

Requirements:

  •  Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  •  Possibility to work in flexible and changeable working shifts.
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Passion for automobiles and knowledge of vehicle features and specifications.
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  •  Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  •  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  •  University diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
