Job Overview

Key Goal:
To ensure maximum efficiency and profitability of the company and maximizing sales team potential, developing and implementing sales plans and supervising sales staff.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Craft sales plans and targets and to ensure the profitability targets are met on a regular basis for all channels and areas of sales operations.
· Prepare department business plan and annual budget, track and monitor the deviations ratio and adjust accordingly.
· Ensure prominent level of contact with the banks and other financial institutions to ensure smooth and timely cash flow
· Maintain and increase market penetration to meet the brand leadership position in the market.
· Maintain high level of customer satisfaction whilst maximizing profit.
. Improve the quality of customer service and retention by enhanced services and real-time communication with the customer care department to find out dissatisfied customers and take immediate actions.
· Maintain a high level of relation with all corporate customers to ensure constant flow of profitable business and take care of all their problems irrespective of the source of the problem.
· Analyze the training requirement for providing a satisfactory staff development program. Ensure training needs are met and accurate records are kept maximizing effectiveness
· Ensure all new recruits in the department have gone through the orientation and induction program before assigned to a particular job
· Maintain an excellent and professional relations with all in order to achieve a very healthy working environment.
· Motivate all staff reporting to him and maintain an environment of healthy competitiveness in order to achieve their monthly targets and better results.
· Establish and develop the reporting systems and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the management in a timely manner.
· To strictly adhere to systems, procedures, credit policies, discount structure laid by the company from time to time.
· Keep the financial aspects of the business under constant review and suggest necessary action to higher management whenever change is necessary.
· Service margins and sales commissions should be on time and as per the policy laid down by the management.
· Amount of cash in different accounts should always be monitored and kept under control.
· Develop and expand the network of the company services throughout the country and negotiate constantly with the banks and other financial institutions and companies in order to ensure a smooth flow of cash and derive maximum profitability.
Education, Experience & Qualifications necessary to perform the job:
Education: Master or Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or business administration, or in a related field
Experience: 5 years and above
Language: Fluent English and fluent Arabic are must, good command in Kurdish.
