We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with outstanding interpersonal skills to engage customer prospects and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our services, resolving customer issues and complaints, and achieving agreed-upon sales targets within the schedule. Salary: IQD 850 + IQD150 Transportation + IQD 250 Target

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell services using persuasive arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Reach out to customer leads and build strong relationships with them
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the given schedule
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts
• Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Continuously improve performance through feedback and ongoing training

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred
• Exceptional relationship management skills and openness to feedback
