Sales Account Manager – Sulaymaniah

Job Overview

Rules and Responsibilities:

  • Always looking for new restaurants and make new deals.
  • Signing the contract with the restaurant and receiving (the contract + information sheet + the menu + the logo + agreement on photography).
  • Send all the details to the company on the click app.
  • Activate the restaurant when it is ready by the company and the restaurant (and put a label on the front of the restaurant in a suitable place and provide it with bags).
  • Follow up on old restaurants every 15 days.
  • Delivery of restaurants accounts on a monthly basis (in coordination with the accounting department in the company).
  • Solving and following up on problems in the restaurant and the company.
  • Helping the restaurant raise its sales with the application (by placing discount offers on the application – offering discounts – suggesting advertising ideas for the restaurant).
  • Executing the tasks assigned to you by the sales department and submitting a report on the work.
  • The work report includes the following:
  • Report on the previous work day and tasks completed + work plan for the day and plan to work.
  • Putting competitors in the province in general with new ideas for development.
  • Any other task assigned by the line manager.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in sales or relevant positions.
  • Knowledge of procedures and guidelines for emergency situations
  • Proficient in Kurdish & Arabic and English languages
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Active listener with excellent communication skills
