Job Overview

Job Title: Sales Field specialist 

Reporting To (Position): Sales Field Manager 

Job Grade: 7th Grade

Department / Section: Sales Field

Location: Erbil

Responsibilities of the Job

  • Daily monitoring the market situation
  • Understanding Iraq Market and customer mentality and demand
  • Reporting daily routine tasks on time
  • Following up sales trends and analyze the results
  • Following up Dealers operational process and support in weak points
  • Continuous check of fleet inquiries and guidance for dealers to meet TSC standards of both TIQ and TMC and ensure zero breaches
  • Continuous market surveys and monitoring Grey and competitors situations with providing analysis
  • Immediate report of all above and any related topics that impact the business
  • Travel throughout the territory and visit customers ( dealers ) regularly
  • Providing market intelligence and analysis
  • Educate Dealers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
  • Lost sales analysis and reporting the results quarterly bases
  • Showroom display vehicles follow up in dealers outlet and guide dealers to maximize up to TMC standards


Job Specifications

Total professional years of experience: 1-5 Years

Languages: Kurdish, English (full proficiency) / Arabic (Full understanding proficiency).

Education required: College graduate

Nationality: Iraqi

Skills (Technical & Soft): 

  • Good training and presenting skills
  • Microsoft office , Excel , Power point
  • team player
  • Manage multiple dealers tasks and inquiries simultaneously
  • Sales Target achievement oriented
  • Ensure healthy and efficient communication with dealers staff and PIC
  • Understands the importance and sensitivity of all information’s within the organization and meet high confidentiality standards
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
  • Strong Negotiation skills with dealers and customers
