Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Follow-Up Specialist responsible for tracking potential and current customers to ensure continued engagement and sales success. This role will coordinate with the sales team to develop relationships with clients, follow up on proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction, , assisting them in making purchasing decisions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Following up with potential clients:
- Follow up after initial proposals or phone calls to ensure continued interest.
- Identify customer needs, respond to inquiries, and address concerns.
- Sales Coordination:
- Work closely with sales teams to provide updated customer engagement information.
- Support sales teams by providing necessary data and customer follow-up to achieve goals.
- Customer Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide necessary support to clients during the decision-making process.
- Database Management:
- Manage and update the database of potential and current clients to maintain information accuracy.
- Use CRM tools to document and regularly update all follow-up activities.
- Continuous Communication:
- Send follow-up emails or make calls to review proposal progress or provide more information.
- Discuss the next steps in the sales process to ensure successful deal closures.
- Sales Analysis and Reporting:
- Prepare periodic reports on follow-up progress and provide feedback on improvement opportunities.
- Analyze customer behaviors and suggest strategies to improve follow-up and deal closing rates.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales follow-up or sales management with strong knowledge of CRM.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive customer relationship-building ability.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
