Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Onyxes Technologies. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expand the company’s customer base. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and objectives in the IT industry.
- Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and expand the company’s customer base.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for business growth and development.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the senior management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and market conditions that may impact sales performance.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and promote the company’s products and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, solutions, and services.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent team management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
