-Develop and execute Effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and targets.
-Identify and Cultivate Relationships with Potential merchants to expand our network.
-Negotiate and finalize partnerships, ensuring mutual benefits for all Parties involved.
-Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and mentorship to drive success.
-Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed.
– Collaborate with cross-Functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
-Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the local business landscape.
– Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential merchants showcasing the value of partnering with Company.
– Provide insights and recommendations for product and platform enhancements based on market
– Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and achievements.
-Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
-Fluent in English, Arabic, and Kurdish languages.
-Proven experience in sales management, preferably in technology or digital solutions.
-Strong understanding of the local business landscape in Kurdistan.
-Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
-Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
-Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Familiarity with technology solutions and mobile applications is a plus.
-Analytica mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
