Cihan Group Company is looking for a bright and aspiring Candidate for the following vacancy:
Position: Sales Manager
Hours: 8 Working Hours- 6 Days per week (Sat-Thu)
Location: Kurdistan Region, Iraq
Duties and responsibilities:
- Sales Team Management:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team at the branch to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide guidance and support to sales staff, ensuring they are fully trained on products, services, and sales techniques.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss sales goals, new initiatives, and address any challenges or issues.
- Sales Strategy Implementation:
- Implement national sales strategies at the branch level, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, evaluate sales trends, and adjust strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute local sales plans based on customer needs, market conditions, and company goals.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and ensuring that all sales staff maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Sales Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, ensuring that targets are being met.
- Prepare regular sales reports for the National Sales Manager, detailing sales progress, market conditions, and any issues that need attention.
- Provide feedback on sales performance, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
- Market and Product Knowledge:
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in the automotive market, including competitor activities and new product launches.
- Ensure all sales staff are knowledgeable about product specifications, promotions, and pricing structures to offer informed advice to customers.
- Inventory Management:
- Collaborate with the branch team and the National Sales Manager to manage vehicle stock, ensuring inventory levels are appropriate and sales opportunities are maximized.
- Ensure proper vehicle display, maintenance of the showroom, and accurate stock records.
- Sales Targets & KPIs:
- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring they align with broader company goals.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales volume, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.
- Training and Development:
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to sales staff to improve their skills and product knowledge.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Key Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
- Prior experience of Car Dealership will be an advantage

- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive performance.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
