A senior-level employee that manages and oversees a company’s sales growth and objectives.

A Sales Manager leads a sales team by providing guidance, training, and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories, and building teams. Manage organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with a marketing department on lead generation. Oversee the activities and performance of sales teams by tracking goals, setting sales targets, and facilitating the training of sales personnel.

Job Essential Skills

  • Minimum 5-10 years of proven work experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive field.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or Accounting.
  • Mid or Senior-level experience is necessary.
  • Be able to collaborate and be a leader, to spearhead strategies and objectives for the department.
  • Confidently demonstrate creativity in Sales and marketing efforts during the meetings.
  • Must understand financial trends and work with graphs and numbers to make predictions and reports.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written
  • Persistent and pro-active
  • Responsible and able to drive the business independently
  • Competitive and efficient to achieve targets
  • Strong public speaking skills, multi-tasking, and time management skills
