The sales Manager is responsible for directing and inspiring the sales team to meet and exceed targets, ensuring smooth showroom operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, managing vehicle displays, and providing post-sales support. The role involves building relationships with retail dealers to enhance sales growth and drive business success.

Location: Erbil-Grand Majdimall

Requirements:

A BSc. degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing is required, with at least 8 years of automotive industry experience, including 2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational expertise are essential to achieving sales excellence and maintaining showroom standards. Kurdish, Arabic, and English languages are a must.
