Job Overview

In this sales role, You will be responsible for growing your assigned territory by providing power generation solutions through the sale of power generation equipment and after-sales service contracts. This will be achieved by developing the business through outreach activities and by establishing trusting relationships with local electrical and other contracting communities.

Duties:

  • Position Innovation Partners Ltd. as the supplier of choice for all Power Generation needs in assigned territory.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customer base including contractors, end users and key influencers.
  • Create business development plans and market strategies in order to meet or exceed established sales goals of revenue, margin and territorial growth.
  • Serve as an industry expert providing pre-sales technical assistance both before and in relation to project bidding opportunities.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals based on technical specifications and negotiate the terms of the sale.
  • Continuously improve technical expertise in order to assess the business needs of customers in order to provide the best system solutions.
  • Continuously monitor and maintain an awareness of industry trends, competitive intelligence and product and services differentiators and share with internal partners as appropriate.
  • Foster exceptional relationships with factory partners, and internal customers/partners, engaging additional resources (local or corporate management) when necessary.
  • Develop and/or maintain a high degree of product and industry knowledge through factory programs, product updates, technical information, Industry Associations/Agencies, codes, applicable Federal, State and Local laws/codes and share with the sales and sales fulfillment teams as appropriate.
  • Contribute to Divisional Power Generation growth strategies and initiatives including alternative energy and microgrid technology applications and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of +8 years experience in the sales of power and industrial field or related field
  • Professional knowledge in Arabic, English. other languages are a plus.
