Job Overview

Your Mission:

The main sales officers’ mission is hiring and onboarding new promoters and set proper plans for new drivers’ acquisition process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring, Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new promoters.
  • Following up to achieve the monthly target of the drivers’ acquisition and sign up, activation rates.
  • Assist to develop the acquisition plans on daily basis.
  • Track the acquisition reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Following up and achieving branding targets and distribute it as instructed.
  • Provide the required research from the streets and making field visit.
  • Overseeing the promoters, checking their performance and planning to make Initiative to improve it.
  • Checking the acquired drivers documents on daily basis.
  • Other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Job requirements:

  • BA in business administration, management, economics, or similar fields.
  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience working with private sector in a similar position.
  • Advance IT knowledge (hardware and software, Microsoft Office,).
  • Fluency in Arabic language, English language is an asset.
  • Good knowledge of the city streets and areas.
  • Management skills and capacity to train the new joiners.
  • Effective communication skills
