Sales Planning Specialist

Job Overview

     Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Planning Activities: Assist the Sales Planning Manager and Assistant Manager in daily sales planning tasks, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Dealer Coordination: Work with dealers to gather sales data, understand their needs, and support them in aligning with sales forecasts and targets.
  • Sales Forecasting: Contribute in preparing sales forecasts under the guidance of the Sales Planning Manager, based on historical data and current market conditions.
  • Market Analysis: Assist in analyzing market trends and customer preferences specific to the dealer network.
  • Logistics Collaboration: Coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure that vehicle deliveries to dealers are aligned with forecasts, and that all logistical challenges are addressed.
  • Invoicing Support: Collaborate with the Logistics, Sales, and accounting departments to assist in the invoicing process for cars, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily reports on sales performance, dealer activity, and market trends for review by the Sales Planning Manager.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales data, forecasts, and other relevant information in the company’s systems.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Sales Planning Manager and Assistant Manager as required.
  • Dealers ordering handling.
  • Dealers financial follow up and Confirmations.
  • TIQ and Dealers Stock distributions and managements.
  • Trade security and documentation of sales process.

     Requirements:

  • At least 3 years in a similar role, and good knowledge in automotive sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word.)
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Iraqi nationality.

  • Multitasking, able to manage multiple dealers’ tasks and inquiries simultaneously
  • Understands the importance and sensitivity of all information’s within the organization and meet high confidentiality standards
