Job Description:
- Create and implement PR strategies to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation in the industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies, organizations, institutes and business owners.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their training needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company’s training programs and services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all client requirements are met and exceeded.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or queries.
- Develop long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Gather client feedback to improve training programs and services continuously.
Qualifications & Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in sales, public relations, or a combination of both, preferably in the training or education industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful PR campaigns.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals and build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic.
- Have his/her own care.
