Position: Sales Representative – Civil Engineering
Position Summary:
Our company is seeking a Sales Representative who can effectively market and sell our products and services while building strong relationships with customers. This position is specifically for civil engineers with expertise in the field who have strong communication and persuasion skills.
📌 Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Civil Engineering or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably in the construction sector.
• Languages: Kurdish and Arabic (English proficiency is a plus).
• Vehicle Requirement: Must own a personal car.
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency.
• Professional Competencies:
• In-depth product knowledge.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of business mathematics.
• Office Location: Sulaymaniyah
• Work Location: Duhok
• Gender: Male
• Number of Candidates Required: 1
• Working Days: 6 days per week (Saturday to Thursday)
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day
📌 Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of all company products to ensure accurate and professional representation.
2. Conduct competitive analysis to highlight the unique advantages of company products.
3. Meet or exceed sales targets in alignment with company objectives and budgets.
4. Represent the company professionally through appearance, conduct, and adherence to corporate policies.
5. Support the organization and maintenance of dealer networks and product displays in compliance with corporate identity guidelines.
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing periodic reports to Sales and Marketing departments.
7. Engage in regular customer visits, fostering relationships with existing and potential clients, and reporting market insights.
8. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships while executing agreed-upon promotional activities (events, campaigns, product demonstrations).
9. Handle customer complaints efficiently by coordinating with relevant departments and ensuring timely resolutions.
10. Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to enhance business strategies and sales performance.
11. Deliver training sessions to clients on product applications and collaborate with internal teams for specialized training when necessary.
12. Distribute marketing materials and ensure customers are well-informed about new products and industry updates.
13. Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate customer data management.
14. Collaborate effectively with the Sales Team to achieve regional sales quotas and maximize market penetration.
15. Drive sales growth for insulation products, including heat insulation, water insulation, and technical solutions.
