Job Summary:

Sales Representatives are responsible for using their knowledge of the company products or services to connect with consumers and generate sales for their employer.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve a deep understanding of company products and services and ensure that the company’s mission is met
  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through various sales techniques
  • Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend having digital wallet solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with personalized services and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to promote digital payment products and services to potential customers.
  • Analyze the territory and market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional digital products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate company products and services to prospects persuasively and smoothly
  • Achieve or exceed sales goals within the schedule
  • Offering effectively pitching digital payment solutions to both new and existing customers.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints in a timely and professional manner to maximize satisfaction
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients, plus calculating debt and credit as well as collecting cash and making a list for the acquisition.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders, and ensuring proper documentation of sales contracts and agreements.
  • Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • keep informed about market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies while promoting and selling digital products
  • Working with the other teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to enhance the digital sales process.
  • Keeping updated on the latest digital payment products, features, and industry trends to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Ensure that all work standards required of him are achieved (horizontal distribution, quantitative distribution, quality, coverage…) and any other standards that will judge his level of performance when conducting periodic evaluations.
  • In addition to any other related tasks that his direct management finds he must implement, and After discussing it with the commercial management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s and Diploma degree in a relevant field required.
  •  Minimum one year experience in the field of Sales and SR.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team.
