DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1 To have accurate and detailed information about all our products in order to be able to introduce our products correctly and to continuously improve oneself.
2 To be able to compare our own products with competitor products and to have information that will reveal the competitive advantages of our products.
3 To achieve the sales targets determined in line with the company goals and budgets.
4 To represent the company with external appearance / behavior within the framework of company rules and regulations.
5 To contribute to the organization and keeping up-to-date of the arrangement and display activities of Sub-Dealers within the framework of corporate identity.
6 To follow the competitor practices and inform the Sales and Marketing Directorates periodically.
7 To visit customers and potential customers, sub-dealers regularly within the previously prepared program in order to create demand and to report the results of their opinions.
8 To establish, develop and maintain effective relationships with customers. To implement the agreed programs (social events, campaigns, promotions, etc.) to customers.
9 To forward complaints from customers to relevant places/places, to follow up and to ensure that the results are reported to customers.
10 To make suggestions for the realization and development of the company’s goals.
11 To provide training on planned services and products to customers and to request that the relevant department provide such training when necessary.
12 To forward printed documents prepared by marketing regarding new applications/products to customers and to inform customers.
13 To ensure that Contact Records are updated to CRM.
14 To work in coordination with the Sales Team to achieve regional sales quota in line with company goals and budgets.
15 To increase sales of heat insulation, water insulation and technical products.
