Position: Sales Team Leader – Baghdad
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Duty Station: Iraq-Baghdad

Key Responsibilities:
•Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
•Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
•Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
•Receive complaints and resolve problems
•Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
•Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
•Prepare and submit performance reports
•Decide on reward and promotion based on performance
•Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in the related field of expertise.
– Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader.
– Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
– Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– High level of discretion and confidentiality

Working Condition & Benefits:
– Working days & hours: 6 Days /Week. 8 Hours / Day.
– ⁠Salary: Negotiable based on experience level.
– ⁠Lunch: Available.
