Job Overview


Sales Team Leader plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and managing a team of sales professionals. This position involves overseeing the sales operations, implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, mentoring and guiding the sales team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and business success.

Job Duties:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Monitor team performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to upper management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate targets, strategies, and updates.
  • Identify training needs and organize training sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Implement sales best practices and optimize sales processes for improved efficiency.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.



Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: Typically, 3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.

Language: Excellent Command of English and Arabic, Written and Spoken.
