Job Duties:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor team performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to upper management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate targets, strategies, and updates.
- Identify training needs and organize training sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge and sales skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Typically, 3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
Language: Excellent Command of English and Arabic, Written and Spoken.
