Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively addressing customer requirements and collaborating to develop innovative solutions for complex sales challenges.
  • Taking an active role in driving the sales department’s performance and implementing best practices while fostering teamwork.
  • Working closely with Executives to optimize real estate coverage in Baghdad.
  • Possessing extensive customer care experience and displaying a strong commitment to follow-up with clients.
  • Achieving consistent success in securing sales deals within the real estate industry or related sectors.
  • Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, exemplifying a remarkable track record.
  • Exhibiting a proven history of thriving in fast-paced growth environments.
  • Demonstrating exceptional written and verbal English skills, including experience in producing high-quality written content and proposals.
  • Embodying ambition, drive, and self-motivation, with the ability to adapt seamlessly to a high-velocity sales framework characterized by fast-paced, high-volume activities.
  • Displaying a healthy competitive nature and eagerly pursuing new sales opportunities as they arise.

  • Essential Functions:
    • Provide efficient market study in all matters related to the company sector.
    • Formulate feedback to management regarding sales operational procedures.
    • Monitor sales activity, sales volume, etc.
    • Provide & attend training with staff in regard to marketing, sales & customer relation care.
    • Undertake any other relevant duties within the overall scope.
