Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively addressing customer requirements and collaborating to develop innovative solutions for complex sales challenges.
- Taking an active role in driving the sales department’s performance and implementing best practices while fostering teamwork.
- Working closely with Executives to optimize real estate coverage in Baghdad.
- Possessing extensive customer care experience and displaying a strong commitment to follow-up with clients.

- Exhibiting a proven history of thriving in fast-paced growth environments.
- Demonstrating exceptional written and verbal English skills, including experience in producing high-quality written content and proposals.
- Embodying ambition, drive, and self-motivation, with the ability to adapt seamlessly to a high-velocity sales framework characterized by fast-paced, high-volume activities.
- Displaying a healthy competitive nature and eagerly pursuing new sales opportunities as they arise.

- Essential Functions:
- Provide efficient market study in all matters related to the company sector.
- Formulate feedback to management regarding sales operational procedures.
- Monitor sales activity, sales volume, etc.
- Provide & attend training with staff in regard to marketing, sales & customer relation care.
- Undertake any other relevant duties within the overall scope.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrating a minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with a reputable company.
