We are looking for a Seasonal Operator to be part of our Supply Chain team located in Erbil (Erbil plant, Kawrgosk) , Iraq
What We Expect
• Carry out tests specified in daily quality plans and work plans within the assigned department
• Record test results in daily reports and/or SAP
• Ensure that processes are carried out as specified in job instructions of the assigned department
• Conduct sanitations in accordance with the plans
• Help machine operators
• Carry out activities like organizing sample products and arranging sample product room
• In case of nonconformities, inform the authorities, stop production if needed, take required corrective-preventive actions and keep record
• Adjust daily intermix, brix settings, check cleanness and hygiene levels in lines and work areas
• Implement sensory program
• Monitor syrup, sugar and concentrate efficiencies daily and during production
• Ensure separation of wastes within the work area
• Monitor cleaning materials in the department
• Carry out microbiological analyses, keep record and report
• Train other employees in the Factory on issues such as quality systems, GMP, HACCP, inform operators on quality plans
• Follow personal hygiene rules, ensure that work clothes, changing lockers are clean
• Ensure cleaning of field, equipment and machines in the work area
• Follow work safety rules, use personal protection materials
• Check that the calibrated devices in intermix device are working, engage and control cooling system, adjust and operate level control device
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fresh Graduate.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to lead and manage systems and cross-functional projects.
- Able to travel if necessary (domestic and international).
- Elementary in English (and local language if an expat)
- Potential to be promoted to key roles in the country.
