Job Overview


Wood is currently looking for Security Manager  to support our team in Iraq Basra rotational 4X4


•           Chair of the WQ1FOD Security Working Group

•           Writing and maintaining the WQ1FOD Security plan and Implementation Plan

•           Preparing the department’s budget

•           Management of Contracts and BID process review and approval

•           Coordinating the departments support to Emergency Response Operations

•           Oversight of Security Risk Management

•           Managing the Security Alert Level Matrix and Country Emergency Evacuation Plan

•           Performing Security and Safeguards Quantitative Security Risk Assessments

•           Ownership of the Security Operations Management System 5-3

•           Incident Investigation Management

•           Department Management of Change

•           Security Technical Proposal Reviews and approvals

•           Management and Supervision of the below Positions:

•           Field Security Division Manager

•           WQ1 Facilities and Field Site Security Supervisors

•           PetroChina Security Lead WQ1  PetroChina Field Security Contact WQ1

•           Information Analyst

•           Administrative Assistants

•           The access and permitting compliance section


  •          Coordination with the BOC and MoO Security Department
  •          Coordination with the BaOC/PSC’s
  •          Coordination with security departments of adjacent IOCs
  •          Coordination with WQ1FOD internal departments in support of FOMS sub-elements
