Job Overview

Duties and responsibilities for this position includes but not limited to,

  • Serve as vocal point for BLHI vetting related work and subcontractors
  • Provide instructions and assisting local & TCN candidates in filling out vetting forms
  • Review and submit new vetting forms to related office/OBO
  • Update vetting tracking log for tracking submitted vetting applications, security interview’s dates/times, and terminations/resignation’s reports.
  • Inform BLHI applicants & subcontractors of their security interviews, badging & iris scan enrollment appointments
  • Notify BLHI supervisors/managers of the weekly security interviews of their workers
  • Maintain and update security staff cellphone numbers and subcontractor’s contact information
  • Draft & submit site access request for BLHI and Subcontractor’s new applicants
  • Maintain security office electronic paper file/applications
  • Draft badge bio/requests
  • Coordinate vetting related interviews with OBO for , locals, TCNs, & subcontractors
  • Make monthly safety training schedule for security staff
  • Serve as POB between security manager and local escorts
  • Ensure the tidiness of Vetting building
  • Make equipment damage report and coordinate the repairs
  • Order office supplies and stationeries to vetting office
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that are assigned by management to a smooth daily operation of the security/vetting department.

Education and experience
bachelor’s degree in a related field
minimum 3 three years experience in administrative role is essential

Languages

Kurdish: Fluent ( Required )
English: Fluent ( Required )
Turkish: Working Knowledge ( is a strong advantage but not required)

Software skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Others: Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
