Senior Account Representative to lead and supervise our talented team of Account Representatives and Jr. Account Representatives. You’ll be instrumental in analyzing and reporting annual subscription revenue for key HBO affiliates, interpreting contractual provisions, and setting up accruals. Collaborating with Field Marketing and Sales Channels, you’ll manage named accounts, supporting our Executive programs. Researching and implementing the best strategies to serve clients and protect our firm’s interests will be a crucial part of your role.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or equivalent preferred, at least 2 years of related experience, Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, Strong customer service and project management skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, Strategic thinking, Highly organized and solution-oriented.
