Senior Architect

Objectives:
The Architect will be tasked with overseeing the final stages of the project, ensuring that all architectural aspects align with the initial design intent and meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The primary goal is to successfully complete the project, addressing any outstanding issues, and preparing it for post-construction occupancy and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee architectural aspects of the project’s closure phase.
• Collaborate with the project team to efficiently complete remaining tasks within established timelines.
• Conduct inspections and reviews of architectural components for quality assurance.
• Identify and address architectural deficiencies or deviations from the original design.
• Maintain accurate records of project modifications, changes, and final design adjustments.
• Create and manage project blueprints for future reference and project continuity.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for project stakeholders, including management and clients.
• Ensure the project adhere to local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards throughout the process.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English languages.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Corona Renderer, and Lumion.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
