Position: Senior Architecture Engineer
Reporting To: Project Manager
Duty Station: Iraq-Mosul

Key Responsibilities:

1- Project Leadership: Lead and manage architectural design projects, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
2- Design Development: Develop and refine architectural designs, including structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, ensuring they meet the project’s functional and aesthetic goals.
3- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and oversight in the development of architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents.
4- Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior architects, engineers, and designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
5- Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and expectations, presenting design concepts and progress updates.
6- Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering disciplines, contractors, and external consultants to ensure the integration of all project components.
7- Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
8- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any design or construction issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
9- Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into project designs where appropriate.

Qualifications:
– Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
– Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
– Licensure: Registered Architect or Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
– Technical Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM. Strong knowledge of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
– Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in leading and executing complex architectural projects.

Working Condition & Benefits:
– Working days & hours: 6 Days /Week. 8 Hours / Day.
– ⁠Salary: Negotiable based on experience level.
